Ruth's refuge

Ruth's Refuge was started in 2021 when we stumbled upon a Homeless community that looked like one we've never seen before.  We showed up one afternoon with Operation Manna passing out plates of food and we started a conversation with a woman in the group.  Come to find out they had all just previously lost their homes or apartments due to the 2020 shutdown.  That's where GOD put in our Hearts to start helping people slowly get back into simple or affordable living spaces.  Hence the birth of "RUTH'S REFUGE".  Helping displaced people due to the shutdown get off the street.
